As provided by articles 5 and 17 of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations, the FIFA general secretariat is responsible for investigating compliance with eligibility requirements with respect to Football Agents and candidates. As part of FIFA’s approach to increase transparency and provide information on the various issues dealt with Football Agents, FIFA publishes several decisions taken by the FIFA general secretariat regarding compliance with eligibility requirements.
