Payment process (after Compliance Approval)

Subject to the new club and a training club to be accredited at the FCH, the FCH will issue a request to pay to the new club confirming the amount of training rewards due. The new club shall pay the requested amount within 30 days to the bank account stated on the request to pay. The new club must pay the requested amount directly, i.e. by itself and from a bank account in its own name; it cannot assign responsibility for such payment to any third party.

Clubs failing to pay the amount within 30 days will be subject to a 2.5% levy on the total amount and provided with a further seven days to make full payment. Cases in which full payment has not been received after 37 days will be forwarded to the FIFA administration for possible sanctions according to the FIFA Clearing House Regulations.

You now need to add the Request to Pay mandatory reference when making the payment.

Upon receipt of payment from the new club, the FCH will generate a distribution statement summarizing the payments to be made to the training club(s) and subsequently process the payments to the approved bank account.

Please note that clubs must be able to send and receive British Pounds (GBP), United States Dollars (USD), and Euros (EUR), either through the same bank account or different accounts, as long as the bank account(s) are opened in the name of the onboarded entity and have been recorded on the platform.
